Terms of Service.

1. The service

   One 20-page forensic diagnostic of your business, pricing your profit leaks and mapping your AI plan.

2. Delivery timing

   Delivered within 7 days of your complete data submission. The clock starts when we have your numbers — not before. We cannot analyze what we do not have.

3. Next steps

   After payment, check your email for exact data-submission steps and a link to book your call. For all support inquiries, contact help@inovaipro.com.

4. No refunds

   Payment is required in full upfront. All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds once payment is processed.

5. Advisory only

   Findings are strictly advisory. InovAI does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Implementation and execution are entirely your responsibility.

6. Confidentiality

   All business and financial data shared between both parties remains strictly confidential.

7. Independent contractor

   InovAI operates as an independent contractor. This agreement does not establish an employee, partner, or joint venture relationship.

8. Limitation of liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, InovAI’s total liability is strictly capped at the amount you paid ($1,000).

9. Governing law

   This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be exclusively in Benton County, Arkansas.

10. Complete acceptance

    Clicking “Purchase” constitutes your absolute agreement to these terms.
