Overview
These terms govern your purchase of the diagnostic from InovAI ("InovAI," "we," "us"). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
What you're purchasing
The diagnostic is a $1,000 forensic business analysis. Your purchase includes a written report identifying revenue leaks, operational gaps, and an AI implementation plan specific to your business, plus a recorded review session walking through the findings. Delivery is within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake.
Your responsibilities
To deliver an accurate diagnostic, we rely on the information you provide. You agree to complete the intake honestly and completely. InovAI is not responsible for findings that are inaccurate due to incomplete or misleading information provided by you.
Refund policy
Work begins upon receipt of your completed intake. Due to the custom nature of this engagement, all sales are final once the intake is received. If you have not yet submitted your intake, contact us at signal@inovaipro.com and we will work with you.
Ownership of deliverables
Your report is yours to keep. You may use, share, and act on it however you choose. InovAI retains no rights to restrict your use of your own diagnostic. We may reference the engagement in anonymized, aggregated form without identifying your business.
No guarantee of results
InovAI provides analysis and recommendations based on the information you supply. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Results depend on your implementation and factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
InovAI's total liability for any claim arising from your diagnostic engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Benton County, Arkansas.
